The 35-Key Reflex Profile

As reflexes form the physical foundation for our coordination, balance, focus, and emotional regulation, getting insight on their current status is a powerful first step.

Unintegrated reflex patterns are common at any age; nervous system development does not end in childhood but continues throughout life. This tool is designed to highlight which of your pathways may benefit from extra attention.

Before You Begin: The profile covers 35 key reflexes — 140 questions in total, scored 0 (never) to 5 (almost always). It takes most people 30–45 minutes to complete thoughtfully. Your progress is saved automatically in this browser as you go, so it's fine to leave and come back — but it won't carry over if you switch to a different device or browser, or clear your browsing data.

Let's start here

Pregnancy, Birth & Early Development

These are optional, but they help sharpen the picture — some reflex patterns have a known link to early developmental history. Skip anything you don't know or that doesn't apply.

Birth method
Tummy time as an infant
Feeding method as an infant
Crawling, before walking
Walking onset, compared to other babies
Anything else about the pregnancy, birth, or early development you'd like to share?

The 35-Key Reflex Profile is an educational screening tool, not a diagnostic instrument. It does not replace assessment by a medical, psychological, or therapeutic professional. Your responses will be reviewed personally before any feedback is shared with you.

We'll send your Reflex Profile, and anything you've opted into above, within one to two days.
